Hi, I’m Nima Naraghi

My journey into fitness began with a simple belief: when you invest in yourself, amazing things happen. Over the years, I’ve seen how physical transformation leads to more than just strength—it builds confidence, sharpens mindset, boosts mental resilience, and enhances overall happiness.

I hold a degree in Exercise Physiology and am certified through NASM, with over 4 years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked with over 400 clients of all fitness levels, many navigating injuries or recovering from physical setbacks. No matter where you’re starting from—whether you're rehabilitating from injury, new to strength training, or chasing peak performance—my approach is designed to help you feel seen, challenged, and safe.

Whether you're joining a high-energy group training session or working with me one-on-one, I’m here to make fitness fun, functional, and empowering. I’m a strong advocate for resistance training as the ultimate tool for anti-aging and longevity, and I tailor every program to support your goals while prioritizing long-term sustainability and joint health.
